Collimation helps the optical rays entering the scope stay parallel and focused, ensuring minimal distortion and optical aberrations as the light propagates. Farpoint has a variety of collimation tools including our custom laser collimators, which have a lifetime guarantee to never go out of alignment. Farpoint Collimation tools are designed only for Newtonian and Dobsonian Reflecting Telescopes. They are not designed for Refractors, Catadioptric Telescopes, or SCT's.
