CXB Astro Inc. Warranty
CXB includes products made and sold under the brand names CXB Astro, Farpoint, Lumicon, JMI, and OWL. All CXB products come with a 1-year warranty for replacement of any manufacturing defect. For products not manufactured by CXB, defective products are under the domain of the manufacturer; however CXB will provide assistance in dealing with the manufacturer.
CXB Return Policy
3rd Party Purchase Returns: Products purchased from an authorized CXB reseller must be returned to that reseller, and should not be returned directly to OSI.
Refund or Exchange: Customers who wish to return CXB merchandise for exchange or refund must first email us using our contact form or call (916)906-5824 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA number must be located on the shipping label, and inside of the shipping box but NOT on the product box or on the product. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective. No replacement or refund will be sent until CXB receives the returned item. There are no returns on Scratch and Dent items or 2nd Quality items unless CXB determines that the product is truly defective and not simply blemished.
Refunds, exchanges and/or order cancellations due to ordering wrong item or changed mind are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable once product has been shipped.
Missing parts, packaging, instructions, warranty cards, etc., as well as damage or blemishes to merchandise will result in higher restocking fees. Restocking fees will be determined by CXB after inspecting the merchandise. In the case of product replacements or exchanges, the product on RMA must be received before CXB will send a replacement.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt without prior approval from CXB.
Filters Return Policy
All CXB filters are rigorously inspected before shipment. They are certified to be within specifications. CXB filters will arrive clean and well packed in tamper-proof packages. CXB will accept returns of unopened filters purchased directly from CXB within the first 30 days, provided that the tamper-proof packaging is intact and that they pass inspection showing no use.
